WeViralNow is a social media platform that enables users to create, share, and monetize content through various tools and features. Users can build a following and earn income directly through: Exclusive Subscriptions – Offer premium content to paying subscribers. Exclusive Videos – Offer exlcusive videos to be purchased through your channel. Live Stream Tips – Receive real-time tips from viewers during live broadcasts. Users have the flexibility to receive payments in fiat currency (e.g., USD) or Bitcoin, depending on their preferences and account settings. Our platform provides the tools, infrastructure, and support to help creators grow their audience, manage content, and earn revenue in a secure and compliant environment.
Here are a few rules regarding Accounts with WeViralNow:

Legal Compliance: Users must not use a WeViralNow Account for money laundering or any illegal purpose, or in violation of any law, regulation, or provision of these Terms. Buyers or Sellers are held accountable for violations of law, violations of these Terms, and all applicable policies.
Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to monetize your WeViralNow account.
Accurate Information: If you want to monetize your account you may be required to provide current and accurate user information about yourself, such as your name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, and/or a copy of your driver’s license or other government-issued identification. It is prohibited to use false information or impersonate another person through your account.
Business Information: If you provide information about a business, you may be asked for additional information such as EIN, business address, and/or tax classification filing status.
Payment Instruments: Fiat payment instruments, including credit cards or debit cards, are used for purchases. Payment Instruments are not stored by WeViralNow, and we may use our partners at Stripe to validate their status.
Withdrawal of Funds: If you complete a sale, you may withdraw your Balance to your bank account or debit card using your Stripe Dashboard. It is your responsibility to ensure that your bank account information is entered correctly.
Account Activity: You are solely responsible for any activity on your WeViralNow Account..
Account Information: You are responsible for ensuring that your Account accurately reflects your current User Information, including your contact information. You may be asked to update or verify this information from time to time.
Financial Responsibility: You are responsible for all fees, chargebacks, or payment reversals received by WeViralNow, even after you close your Account.
Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your Account password secure.
WeViralNow hereby grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the App and Website on a single compatible device that you own or control, solely for your own use. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the WeViralNow App or Website, nor attempt to disable or circumvent any security or other technological measure designed to protect the App or Website or any content available through the App or Website.

Your Use of Our Service Don’t Use Our Service to Break the Law: You agree not to violate any laws in connection with your use of the Service, including local, state, federal, and international laws. You may not use WeViralNow to list or sell digital content items that violate any laws, commit fraud, theft, or any other crimes against WeViralNow, another WeViralNow User, or a third party. Don’t Try to Harm Our Systems: You agree not to interfere with or disrupt our Services, such as by distributing viruses, harmful computer code, or engaging in any activity that negatively affects the enjoyment of the Services by other Users. Agreement to Receive Electronic Communications: By using our Service, you agree to our Electronic Communications Policy, which allows us to send you information electronically instead of mailing paper copies. Your electronic agreement is equivalent to your signature on paper. Content You Access: While using our Service, you may come across material that you find offensive or inappropriate. WeViralNow is not responsible for the decency, accuracy, or legality of content posted by other users. By using our service you agree that you release us from all liability relating to that content. If you believe the content posted is abusive or illegal you can report it and the WeViralNow team will look into the complaint. People You Interact With: You can interact with other individuals using the Service, but understand that we do not screen Users beyond verification of specific data. You release us from all liability relating to your interactions with other Users. Other Disclaimers/Warranties WeViralNow provides its Services "as is" and without any kind of warranty, expressly disclaiming any warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the security, availability, or error correction of the Service, and we will make every reasonable effort to ensure the Service is free of viruses or other harmful materials. Limitation, Suspension or Termination WeViralNow reserves the right to change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any of its Services at any time without notice. We may refuse service, terminate, or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice, including termination of accounts for repeat offenders. Termination of Your Account If we terminate, limit, or suspend your Account or access to our Service: You don’t have a contractual or legal right to continue using our Service, such as selling or buying on our Websites or Apps. We won’t be liable to you for any effects that changes to the Service may have on you, including your income or revenue generation through the Service. Transactions conducted outside of the WeViralNow platform are strictly prohibited and do not qualify for protections. Profiles soliciting such transactions may be removed as spam.

Release of Liability: In disputes with other Users, you release WeViralNow and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents from claims, demands, and damages arising out of or connected with such disputes.
Liability Limits Exclusion of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither WeViralNow, nor our employees or directors shall be liable to you for any lost profits or revenues, or for any consequential, incidental, actual, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms. Limitation of Liability Exclusion of Certain Damages: In no event will WeViralNow be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or any other intangible loss, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or your inability to access or use, the Service or any materials or content available through the Service. This applies whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not WeViralNow has been informed of the possibility of damage. No Liability for Account Actions: WeViralNow shall have no liability for suspending or terminating your Account, restricting access to your Account or balances in your Account, or suspending or terminating your access to the Service. Service Interruptions: WeViralNow shall not be responsible for any service interruptions, including system failures or other interruptions that may affect purchases or sales, the receipt, processing, acceptance, completion, or settlement of payment transactions, bank direct deposit transfers, or the Service.

Blood, Gore, Dismemberment or Death: Disturbing graphic content, including real or simulated depictions of extreme violence, gore, mutilation, or death.

Call to Violence: Encouraging, inciting, or glorifying violence or terrorism against individuals, groups, or the public.

Self-Harm / Suicide Encouragement: Content that promotes or encourages self-harming behavior, suicide, or eating disorders is strictly banned.

Spam or Scams: Repetitive, misleading, or deceptive content designed to trick users or exploit them for financial or personal gain.

Fake News / Misinformation: Content that deliberately spreads false or misleading information that could cause harm, confusion, or panic.

Revenge Porn / Non-Consensual Intimate Images: Sharing or threatening to share private sexual content of someone without their explicit consent.

Doxxing: Publishing or sharing someone’s personal or private information (e.g., home address, phone number, workplace) without consent, with the intent to harass or threaten.

Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else, including celebrities, public figures, or other users, for deceptive or harmful purposes.

Dangerous Challenges or Hoaxes: Promoting extremely dangerous stunts, pranks, or misinformation that could result in physical harm, panic, or widespread confusion.

Illegal Drug Promotion or Use: Promoting, selling, or encouraging the use of illegal drugs.

Malware or Harmful Links: Sharing links or files that contain viruses, spyware, or other malicious software intended to harm users or steal information.

Sexualization or Exploitation of Minors: Any content that depicts, suggests, or implies sexual behavior involving minors, which will be reported to legal authorities immediately. Violating any of these content rules may lead to removal of content, suspension or termination of your account, and in some extreme cases, referral to law enforcement.

Account Policies on WeViralNow To ensure fairness and transparency, WeViralNow enforces the following policies regarding user accounts: Creating a new account after being limited or permanently banned from WeViralNow is prohibited. Bypassing Restrictions: Users cannot create a new account to bypass restrictions imposed on another account. Impersonation: Impersonating another person is not allowed. Usernames and descriptions should accurately represent the individual or entity. Providing False Information: Providing false information during registration or validation of account details is strictly prohibited. All information provided must be accurate and truthful. Tax Information: Users must provide accurate information for W-9 or other tax-related inquiries if required by our third party payment processor Stripe®. Providing false information for tax purposes is not permitted. Violation of these account policies may result in account suspension or termination.
